Knight Rider
Knight Rider is returning this Sunday at 8pm CST with Val Kimer providing the voice for K.I.T.T.
High hopes but I'm not sure about this trend of remakes. BSG excluded, what recent remakes would you say are better than the originals and what old shows would you like to see remade?
Suggestions:
MacGyver
A-Team
The Equalizer
FireFly
Trailers for Knight Rider:
Cloverfield/Lost Connection
I assume everyone has seen this by now. The question is - is this just an easter egg, or a true connection between Lost and Cloverfield?
I would hope it is just an easter egg. One of the things that really bugged me about Stephen Kings books in the late 90s/early 2000s is that every damn book had a Wasteland connection. I loved the Wasteland, but all the darn connections just felt contrived.
Watch JJ slip in a Dharma symbol onto a screen on the Enterprise.
Jericho extended trailer
Coming February 12, 2008
Jericho finally has a return date
February 12th - Tuesday night - 9PM CST
SCIFI: Tin Man
Tin Man starts Sunday night at 8CST. The trailer looks good and with the other grown-ups taking a timeout, it should be worth at least recording.
The Apocalypse is Here
Need proof that the writer's strike has brought about the end of the world? Look no further then here.

Although I have to admit - I'll watch this. I loved this crap when I was a kid.
Cloverfield Trailer
You can now watch the Cloverfield trailer in glorious HD. I don't know about you guys - but I'm really looking forward to it. It "feels" a lot like Godzilla, which to me isn't a bad thing. I enjoyed both the old Japanese films and the modern remake. There is something just plain satisfying about seeing a giant creature knock down buildings in a city. (Maybe that's why I enjoyed Rampage so much.)
What do folks think? As you probably know - JJ Abrams is behind this film - so it has the potential to be great.
24 out for this season
Faced with the possibility of a partial Season 7 of "24," Fox has opted not to air the real-time drama at all this season.
"It's not a decision we wanted to make, but it's one based on how we feel the viewers expect us to schedule the show," said Preston Beckman, Fox's scheduling chief.
The decision to act quickly so early in the strike also was prompted by the large amounts of marketing money associated with the premieres of new series and the annual launch of "24." The network began airing promos for the upcoming season of "24" during the World Series and on a big screen in Times Square.
"Had we delayed executing and implementing of a strike schedule, it could've cost us a lot of money," Beckman said.
